Smoked Muenster is a semi soft cheese cheese with a somewhat bland flavor and an orange/red rind. We compare it to pepper jack without the peppers...although once its smoked it becomes a whole new cheese! The cheese mixes perfectly with the subtle smoke flavor. This cheese makes a simple turkey sandwich taste gourmet!
